At SLUX Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 5-day return policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn or unused
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at sluxwearofficial@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
When requesting a return or refund, you must:
Send clear pictures of the product you wish to return
Send a picture of the bill/receipt that was sent with your order
If you are claiming a size discrepancy, please provide images of the product along with size measurements so we can verify with our production team
If the package was damaged while opening it with a sharp object (such as scissors or a blade), a refund or replacement will not be possible unless you provide an unboxing video and images of the courier cover
If you notice any damage to the package at the time of delivery, please mention the damage in the delivery remark before signing for it. This will help us in processing claims with the courier service.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be refunded at 80% of the product price (a 20% deduction will be applied).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sluxwearofficial@gmail.com.
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
You must send us an email at sluxwearofficial@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for the exchange.
The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, with tags, and packaging intact).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange request will be processed.
⚠️ Please note: Items sent back for exchange without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items or gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Intimate or personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
